Abstract

The invention provides a preparation method of a mequindox taste-masking nanometer prodrug, an amino functionalized MCM-41 type mesoporous nanomaterial MSN-NH2 is taken as a carrier, the mequindox isimmobilized in a porous channel of the mesoporous nanomaterial through an acid-sensitive Schiff base covalent bond to prepare the mequindox nanometer prodrug MEQ@MSN-NH2, and the purpose of masking the taste is fulfilled. The mequindox is successfully loaded in a pore of mesoporous silica, and forms a dispersion spherical particle, and the average diameter of the dispersion spherical particle is about 100 nm. The result of the external release experiment shows that the release rate of the nanometer prodrug in simulated saliva in five minutes is only 8.7%, and the taste masking performance is excellent; the nanometer prodrug is rapidly released in the artificial gastric juice, 67% of the total drug loading capacity of the nanometer prodrug is released within 30 minutes, the nanometer prodrug is basically completely released within 24 hours, and the result proves the excellent drug delivery and sustained-release properties.
