Abstract

The invention provides a method for preparing the taste-masking nano-prodrug of acemethaquine, which uses amino functionalized MCM-41 type mesoporous nano-material MSN-NH 2 As a carrier, acemethaquine was immobilized in the pores of mesoporous nanomaterials through acid-sensitive Schiff base covalent bonds to prepare acemetquine nano-prodrug MEQ@MSN‑NH 2 , to achieve the purpose of taste masking. Acetomequine was successfully loaded into the pores of mesoporous silica and formed dispersed spherical particles with an average diameter of about 100 nm. The results of in vitro release experiments showed that the release rate of the nanomedicine in simulated saliva was only 8.7% within 5 minutes, showing that its taste-masking performance was good; it was released rapidly in artificial gastric juice, and 67% of the total drug load could be released within 30 minutes. The release is basically completed within 24 hours, indicating its excellent drug delivery and sustained release properties.
