A method for producing calcium formate through industrial furnace exhaust gas by using a hybrid series-parallel method comprises the following steps: (1) purifying exhaust gas, namely, treating the exhaust gas by dust removing, desulfuration, dephosphorization, carbon dioxide removing and purifying to obtain carbon monoxide which is used as a carbonyl-synthesis formic acid raw material; (2) synthesizing calcium formate, namely, carrying out reaction between clean water and lime to obtain lime emulsion; feeding the lime emulsion into a reaction kettle to be subjected to the carbonyl-synthesis with carbon monoxide in the reaction kettle; conveying calcium formate solid-liquid mixture to a centrifugal separator to separate calcium formate crystal after reaction is finished; evaporating the separated saturated calcium formate solution to obtain the calcium formate crystal; drying and packing to obtain calcium formate.
