Embodiment 1

[0045] A kind of mixed fabric, comprises warp direction fabric and weft direction fabric, and described warp direction fabric comprises 60% 70 count Australian wool, 5% polyester and 35% COOLMAX fiber, and described weft direction fabric comprises 60% 70 count Australian wool, 7% polyester, 8% COOLMAX fiber and 25% elastic polyester, the density of the radial fabric is 264 threads / 10cm, the density of the weft fabric is 255 threads / 10cm, and the fabric structure is plain weave 1 / 1.

[0046] An anti-ultraviolet processing method applied to the above mixed fabrics, comprising the steps of:

[0047] Step 1: singeing

[0048] Singeing the fabric that needs to be prepared against ultraviolet rays, and burning off the surface yarn hairiness, partial knots and weaving defects of the fabric through a singeing machine or a singeing roller;

[0049] Step 2: First Boiling

[0050] After the temperature of the clean water reaches 100°C, put the fabric after singeing, rotate and stir th...

Abstract

The invention provides a mixed shell fabric and an ultraviolet-resistant processing method thereof. The mixed shell fabric comprises warp-wise shell fabrics and weft-wise shell fabrics, wherein the warp-wise shell fabrics are prepared from 60% of 70 Australasian wool, 5% of polyester fibers and 35% of COOLMAX fibers, the weft-wise shell fabrics are prepared from 60% of 70 Australasian wool, 7% ofpolyester fibers, 8% of COOLMAX fibers and 25% of elastic polyester fibers, the warp-wise shell fabrics have the density of 264/10cm, and the weft-wise shell fabrics have the density of 255/10cm. According to the method, shell fabrics of ordinary polyester fibers are added in warp and weft directions of shell fabrics made from the COOLMAX fibers and the Australasian wool, and then, ultraviolet-resistant processing is carried out; repeated washing and drying are carried out during ultraviolet-resistant processing, and then, ultraviolet-resistant processing is carried out again, so that ultraviolet-resistant processing fluid can be better attached to surfaces of the shell fabrics; finally, the shell fabrics are subjected to pressure decatizing, thus, surfaces of the shell fabrics can block amajority of ultraviolet rays, the shell fabrics can keep soft hand feeling and also have good hygroscopicity and air permeability, the strength of the surfaces of the shell fabrics is improved, and the overall durability of the shell fabrics is improved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of textile fabrics, in particular to a mixed fabric and an anti-ultraviolet processing method using the same. Background technique [0002] With the continuous development of my country's textile technology, the functionality of fabrics has gradually been improved. In some special fields, the use of traditional fabrics has been greatly restricted, and the following methods are generally used to improve fabrics with new functions: surface treatment of fabrics by spraying, dipping coating, etc., or chemical modification. Modification, or adding additives to the spinning dope to give the fabric new properties. For the human body, an appropriate amount of ultraviolet radiation has a bactericidal effect and can promote the synthesis of vitamin D, which is beneficial to human health. However, under the continuous exposure to the scorching sun, the human skin will lose its ability to resist, prone to burns, eryth...
