The LOWE manufactured according to the technical scheme provided by the invention belongs to glass with good characteristics of relatively good infrared ray reflection capability of a silver low-radiation film, low film layer surface radiation rate, low sun shielding coefficient, low reflection rate and the like. In addition, for the surface mechanical performance of the product, high hardness and high oxidization resistance in the tempering process are realized; a zirconium oxide layer is added to the outermost layer to be used as a protection layer; the protection layer is obtained by forming a layer of zirconium oxide with the thickness being 5nm to30nm through sputtering spraying by a magnetron sputtering method. The protection layer can achieve a good protection effect on the film surface; in the subsequent processes of processing, transportation, storage and the like, the mechanical damage such as film surface scratch damage and press damage can be effectively prevented; meanwhile, the oxidization speed of the silver layer can be delayed.
