The conductive silver ink is prepared from, by mass, 10-20% of silver-bearing precursor solution, 1-3% of cross-linking agent, 1-5% of surface addition agent and balance ink solvent; the sum of the mass percentage content of each component is 100%; the silver-bearingprecursor solution, the ink solvent, the cross-linking agent and the surface addition agent are weighed by mass, then nano silver, the cross-linking agent and the surface addition agent are added intothe solvent in sequence, mixing and stirring are carried out for 30-90 minutes under the room temperature, filtration is carried out with filter membrane of which the aperture is 10-40 micrometers, and the conductive silver ink is obtained. The conductive silver ink based on the application of the thermal ink jet nozzle and the preparation method thereof have the advantages that the preparation technology is simple, the conductive silver ink is environmentally-friendly, the heat treatment temperature is low, the adhesive force is good, and the stability is high.
