Abstract

The invention relates to a cationic modifier ink-based finishing method for reactive dye inkjet printing. The method comprises the following steps: performing jet printing on cationic modifier ink andreactive dye ink on a cellulosic fiber fabric pattern area subjected to sizing treatment by virtue of an inkjet printing process, steaming or baking, and finally soaping to obtain the reactive dye inkjet printing fabric. The jet printing interval time of the cationic modifier ink and the reactive dye ink is 0-2 minutes; the cationic modifier ink is ink containing a 1.0-60.0 wt% of cationic modifier; the cationic modifier is a molecule of which a molecular structure contains reactive groups and positive charge groups and which has a number-average molecular weight of 100-30000; the reactive groups refer to one or more of epoxy group, s-triazine, pyridine and olefin; the positive charge groups refer to one or more of quaternary ammonium salt and ammonium chloride structures. The method disclosed by the invention is simple in process, low in energy consumption and excellent in finishing effect, and has excellent popularization value.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of inkjet printing, and relates to a finishing method for reactive dye inkjet printing based on cationic modifier ink. Background technique [0002] Cotton fabrics have many excellent properties, such as comfortable wearing, hygroscopicity, warmth retention, good air permeability and easy cleaning. As a new printing technology, inkjet printing has the advantages of cleanness, environmental protection, strong adaptability and wide application. However, inkjet printing of cotton fabrics usually uses reactive dye inks, and reactive dyes are prone to hydrolysis during the steaming process, resulting in a large amount of hydrolyzed dyes in the washing wastewater, which causes pollution to the environment. [0003] In order to reduce the content of hydrolyzed dyes in reactive dye printing wastewater, cationic modification of cotton fabrics is usually required to improve the color fixation rate of reactive dyes. However, w...
