Abstract

The invention discloses a preparation method of a waterborne polyurethane adhesive. The preparation method includes: dissolving diphenylmethane diisocyanate, polytetrahydrofuran glycol, gelatin and vinyl trimethoxy silane into water, rising the temperature from room temperature while continuous stirring, adding oxidized polyethylene wax and N-ethyl diethanolamine, continuing stirring, regulating the pH of the reaction liquid to be 7.5-8.4, continuing stirring, cooling, adding pentaerythritol, trimethylpentanediol and waterborne acrylic resin, and evenly mixing to obtain the waterborne polyurethane adhesive. The prepared adhesive which does not contain an organic solvent is high in bonding strength, excellent in flame retardance, high-temperature resistance and water resistance, green, environmentally friendly and capable of avoiding environment pollution caused by the organic solvent.
