Problems solved by technology

Although this high-concentration wastewater accounts for a small proportion of the total wastewater volume of oil refineries, due to its high concentration and difficulty in biodegradation, it has a great impact on the wastewater treatment system of oil refineries. If it is discharged into the environment, it will cause disastrous consequences to the surrounding water and soil

Embodiment Construction

[0025] The present invention will be further described in detail below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings and embodiments.

[0026] A method for treating nitrogen-containing organic matter in wastewater is as follows: a multi-level porous titanium-silicon molecular sieve is used as a catalyst to promote the oxidation reaction between an oxidant and nitrogen-containing organic matter in wastewater, so that the nitrogen-containing organic matter in wastewater is degraded.

[0027] Titanium-silicon molecular sieve is a molecular sieve with titanium as a heteroatom, which has excellent adsorption performance. The multi-level porous titanium-silicon molecular sieve can effectively remove pollutants of different molecular structure sizes.

[0028] The hierarchical pores of the above-mentioned titanium-silicon molecular sieves include micropores and mesopores, the apertures of the aforementioned micropores are 1.4 to 2.2 nm, the apertures of the aforementioned mesopores are...

Abstract

The invention relates to a treatment method of nitrogen-containing organic matters in wastewater. With a titanium silicalite molecular sieve with hierarchical pores as a catalyst, an oxidizing reaction between an oxidizing agent and the nitrogen-containing organic matters in the wastewater is promoted so that the nitrogen-containing organic matters in the wastewater are degraded. Compared with theprior art, the treatment method provided by the invention has the following advantages: by adopting the titanium silicalite molecular sieve with hierarchical pores (mesopores and micropores), the oxidizing reaction between the oxidizing agent and the nitrogen-containing organic matters in the wastewater can be promoted under a low pressure and at a relatively low temperature, the nitrogen containing organic matters with stable properties in the wastewater can be efficiently removed, and the titanium silicalite molecular sieve can be used repeatedly. Moreover, through the combined treatment offlocculation deoiling and catalytic oxidation, the biochemical properties of the wastewater can be effectively improved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of wastewater treatment, in particular to a method for treating nitrogen-containing organic matter in wastewater. Background technique [0002] Impurities in petroleum (such as non-hydrocarbon compounds containing sulfur, nitrogen, oxygen, and trace metals) are transferred to the water phase in the form of aromatic organics, mercaptan thioether compounds, ammonia, and sulfides during processing. Thereby forming refractory toxic and odorous organic waste water. Compared with other impurities in wastewater, aromatic organic impurities are more difficult to deal with. Aromatic substances mainly include oxygen-containing organic compounds such as phenols and their derivatives, nitrogen-containing organic compounds such as quinolines and pyridine compounds, and sulfur-containing organic compounds such as thiophene. Compounds, as well as benzene and its derivatives, among which nitrogen-containing organic compounds are esp...
