The preparation method is characterized by comprising the following steps: (1) putting 20 to 30 parts of yttria-stabilized zirconia powder, 20 to 30 parts of cobaltic oxide, 10 to 20 parts of aluminum oxide and 80 to 100 parts of zirconia balls into a ball grinding mill for uniform mixing, and carrying out ball-milling treatment to obtain uniform powder; (2) sieving the powder through ball-milling treatment and drying; (3) putting the dried powder into an aluminum oxide sagger, carrying out calcinations in a high temperature sintering furnace, then carrying out two stages of warming sintering and heat preservation sintering, and turning off the electricity for natural cooling to room temperature and discharging; (4) smashing the powder through calcinations and sieving, taking and putting 20 to 30 parts of sieved powder and 1 to 2 parts of blue zirconia pigment into a ball grinding mill for uniform mixing, then carrying out compression, putting workblanks into a sintering furnace for high temperature sintering, then carrying out two stages of warming sintering and heat preservation sintering, and turning off the electricity for natural cooling to room temperature and discharging.
