The station herein provides compensation through a multi-split fixed-frequency compressor module; compensation on the attenuation of a very-low-temperature ambient compressor at -15 DEG C and below is satisfied, heating is achieved in cold weather by combined heat and power generation, electricity output is increased, and an off-peak power superposedheating device is started to compensate the insufficient heating of a heat pump in the cold weather.
