No solvent is added in a used waterborne polyurethane dispersion solution, the molecular weight of a prepolymer is increased by increasing of the molar ratio of reaction groups, the waterborne polyurethane dispersion solution has the advantages of good dispersion and stable storage, bonding effects exist between added sol particles and the waterborne polyurethane, through adsorption and permeation effects, the chemical bonding degree of the added sol particles and the waterborne polyurethane is increased sharply, the surface tension of the waterborne polyurethane emulsion is decreased, the stability of the emulsion is increased, the surface energy is decreased, the wetting leveling property is changed to an excellent state, the viscosity is increased to 100-105 (mPa. s), no additional thickener is added, the evaporationenergy is reduced, and the film-forming time is greatly reduced. The production cost of waterborne polyurethane synthetic leather is reduced by compounding, and properties are optimized.
