A liquid hydrogen storing and fueling station is used for filling a hydrogen storage bottle (pot) with a hydrogen fuel. The hydrogen fueling station comprises: a liquid hydrogen container used for carrying out low-pressure storage on the hydrogen fuel in a liquid form; a liquid hydrogen pump used for pressurized transportation of the low-pressure liquid hydrogen in the liquid hydrogen container toa vaporizer driving device; a vaporizer used for converting the hydrogen fuel to a gas phase from a liquid phase in order to realize the output of high-pressure hydrogen; a gas buffering bottle beinga high-pressure hydrogen buffering and temporary-storage device; a hydrogen charger used for filling the hydrogen storage bottle (pot) with hydrogen and being a special apparatus provided with a metering device; a heat exchanger and a circulating pump which are used for transmitting cold energy generated in the liquid hydrogen vaporizing process to hydrogen through a refrigerant in order to realize reduction of the hydrogen temperature; and a high-pressure liquid hydrogen charger and a low-pressure liquid hydrogen charger which are used for filling the different liquid storage bottles (pots)with high-pressure liquid hydrogen and low-pressure liquid hydrogen and are special apparatus with metering devices.
