A pultrusion process is adopted; the basalt fiber multiaxial cloth is used as a reinforcement body; matrix resin is immersed by a dipping process; premoulding and a moulding die are performed; and gelling, curing and post-curing are performed under conditions of an appropriate temperature and traction to prepare the high-performance composite material suitable for the window frames. The composite material is high and strong in lightweight, is high in specific modulus and specific strength, is good in weather resistance, is very low in cost, is very good in toughness, and is not damaged when the material is subjected to strong wind or impact of an external force.
