The natto sauce containing the compound phytosterol-curcumin self-microemulsion comprises the following raw materials by weight: 120 to 180 parts of soybeans, 5 to 10 parts of the compound phytosterol-curcumin self-microemulsion, 10 to 30 parts of other crops, 0.05to 0.15 part of Bacillus natto powder, 0.5 to 1.5 parts of garlic, 1 to 2 parts of egg white, 0.8 to 1.2 parts of edible vinegar, 0.5 to 1 part of onions, 1 to 2 parts of plant oil, 1 to 2 parts of salt, 0.5 to 1 part of capsicum, 0.5 to 1 part of soy and 0.4 to 0.8 part of sugar. According to the invention, the obtained compound phytosterol-curcumin self-microemulsion has a particle size of lessthan 60 nm, a phytosterol loading amount of more than 8.26 mg/g, a curcumin loading amount of more than 0.64 mg/g and an entrapment rate of more than 90%; and phytosterol and curcumin have different hypolipidemic mechanisms and complement each other to achieve cooperative hypolipidemic efficacy.
