The system comprises an anaerobic acidification regulation pool, an efficientmriophyllum elatinoides biological oxidation pond and a mriophyllum elatinoides aquatic organism pond which are sequentially communicated with each other, wherein the anaerobic acidification regulation pool serves as a sewage pretreatment stage and is used for equalizing the water quantity and quality; the efficient mriophyllum elatinoides biological oxidation pond serves as a secondary sewage treatment stage and is mainly used for removing organic pollutants, ammonia nitrogen and phosphorus; and the mriophyllum elatinoides aquatic organism pond serves as a tertiary sewage treatment stage, andis used for further removing organic pollutants, ammonia nitrogen and phosphorus and carrying out advanced sewage treatment and multistory cropping and breeding.
