Problems solved by technology

Patent CN1379751A discloses a method for refining acetone. In this method, an alkaline reagent and an oxidizing agent are added to the mixture to convert propionaldehyde impurities with close boiling points into high-boiling point components, which helps to remove trace aldehyde impurities and realize the purification of acetone. Purpose, this method is suitable for the removal of trace aldehyde impurities in crude acetone to obtain refined acetone, and is not suitable for separating both propionaldehyde and acetone as products

Abstract

The invention relates to a separation method for a mixed solution of propionaldehyde and acetone. The separation method is characterized in that the relative volatility between components by adoptinga solvent and the propionaldehyde is separated from the acetone by using an extracting distillation technology; a mixed solution of the propionaldehyde and the acetone enters the middle of an extractive distillation column and interacts with an extraction agent entering from the upper part of the column, and thus the acetone is obtained from the column top and a mixed solution of the propionaldehyde and the extraction agent is obtained from the column bottom; the mixed solution of the propionaldehyde and the extraction agent, extracted from the bottom of the extractive distillation column enters the middle of a solvent recovery column, and thus the propionaldehyde is obtained from the column top and the extraction agent is extracted from the column bottom; a regenerated extraction agent ispumped back to the top of the extractive column for cycle use. Compared with the prior art, the separation method disclosed by the invention solves the separation problem of the mixed solution of thepropionaldehyde and the acetone having close boiling points and physical properties; the separation method has the advantages of high separation efficiency, low energy consumption, simple technologyand the like.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a separation method, in particular to a separation method of propionaldehyde-acetone mixed liquid. Background technique [0002] Propionaldehyde is an important raw material for organic synthesis. It is a colorless transparent liquid, flammable and has a suffocating smell. It is soluble in water and miscible with alcohol and ether. Propionaldehyde is mainly used to produce chemical intermediates such as propionic acid, propanol, trimethylolethane and acetone oxime, and has a wide range of uses in industries such as rubber, paint, plastics, medicine, spices, agriculture, textiles and feed. [0003] Acetone is a colorless liquid with a special smell. It is an important organic solvent or extractant. It is mainly used as a dewaxing solvent for the manufacture of cellulose acetate films, plastics and coatings, and petroleum refining. It can also be used as a dewaxing solvent for various microorganisms. Extractant with hormones. A...
