Abstract

The invention discloses a porous chitosan microsphere preparation method, which comprises: adding a chitosan acetic acid solution and a nanoparticle solution into an emulsifying dispersing agent, andcompletely dispersing calcium ions around the chitosan molecules through mechanical stirring; adding a cross-linking agent, and adjusting the pH value, such that calcium hydroxide micro-particles aresynchronously formed during the cross-linking sphere formation of chitosan, and calcium hydroxide generates nano-scale particles under the template effect of PEG during the process, wherein the particles are attached to the chitosan microspheres and occupy a certain position; and after completing the cross-linking reaction, soaking the microsphere products by using hydrochloric acid to remove thecalcium hydroxide micro-particles so as to obtain the porous chitosan microspheres. According to the present invention, the synthesized chitosan microspheres have characteristics of large specific surface area and good dispersibility, and can easily promote the adsorption modification performance of the chitosan microspheres; and the preparation method has characteristics of simpleness, mild reaction conditions, low requirement on the equipment, simple subsequent treatment process and low cost, and is suitable for promotion application.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of polymer materials and relates to a preparation method of porous chitosan microspheres. Background technique [0002] The chemical name of chitosan (Chitosan) is poly(1,4)-2-amino-2-deoxy-β-D glucan, which is the product of de-N-acetylation of chitin and can be obtained in large quantities in nature. One of the natural polymers. There are active hydroxyl and amino groups in the chitosan macromolecule, which has the characteristics of strong chemical reaction ability, good biocompatibility, microbial degradation and non-toxic degradation products. Chitosan is one of the few charged natural products with many unique physical and chemical properties and biological functions. Chitosan microspheres have made major breakthroughs and are widely used in different fields such as drug carriers, food processing, water quality treatment, bioengineering and micro-separators. Chitosan microspheres with different particle sizes ...
