Abstract

The invention discloses a polyurethane alkaline foaming agent containing an orthoformic acid alcohol amine salt and a carbonic acid ethanolamine salt. The alkaline foaming agent has a pH value of 8.5-9.5 and comprises: 1) a first compound mixture (M1) comprising orthoformic acid alcohol amine compounds of a following general formula (I): A<->B<+> (I), wherein B<+> is a cation of an organic alcoholamine B, and A<-> is orthoformate; and 2) a second compound mixture (M2) comprising a N-monohydroxyethyl-ammonium carbonate compound of a general formula (II) and an N,N'-di(hydroxyethyl)-ammonium carbonate compound of a general formula (III): (RN<+>H<3>)(N<+>H<4>)CO<3><2-> (II), or (RN<+>H<3>)<2>CO<3><2-> (III), wherein R is hydroxyethyl, and the molar ratio of the compound of the general formula (II) to the compound of the general formula (III) is from 1:0 to 1:1.0.
