Abstract

The invention discloses a foaming agent containing a polyamine salt and an ethanolamine salt and application to a polyurethane intermittent board foam material. The foaming agent comprises: 1) a firstcompound mixture (M1) containing an organic polyamine salt compound of a following general formula (I): A<->B<+> (I), wherein B<+> is a cation of an organic polyamine B, and A<-> is CO<3><2->, HCO<3><->, or a combination of CO<3><2-> and HCO<3><->; and 2) a second compound mixture (M2) containing an N-monohydroxyethyl-ammonium carbonate compound having a general formula (II) and an N,N'-di(hydroxyethyl)-ammonium carbonate compound of a general formula (III): (RN<+>H<3>)(N<+>H<4>)CO<3><2-> (II), or (RN<+>H<3>)<2>CO<3><2-> (III), wherein R is hydroxyethyl, and the molar ratio of the compound ofthe general formula (II) to the compound of the general formula (III) is 1:0 to 1:2.5. The foaming agent is suitable for use in preparation of a polyurethane intermittent panel foam material.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to an organic polyamine salt compound having an anion as a CO2 donor, a process for its preparation and its use as a blowing agent, more specifically, providing an organic polyamine having not only an anion as a CO2 donor but also an organic polyamine as a catalytic group A novel organic ammonium salt compound with a solubilizing group, a preparation method thereof, and an application in the preparation of a polyurethane intermittent board foam material. The present invention relates to polyurethane blowing agents comprising polyamine salts and ethanolamine salts and their use for (preparing) polyurethane intermittent board foam materials technical background [0002] As a new polymer material, polyurethane rigid foam is light in weight, high in strength and has extremely low thermal conductivity. Automobiles, refrigerators and freezers and other household appliances and other industries. The most important raw material ...
