Abstract

The invention discloses a plant extract composition capable of regulating human uric acid and a preparation method thereof. In mass ratio, the plant extract comprises 35-45% of coconut milk powder, 11-21% of green papaya powder, 10-20% of carrot powder and 20-25% of tea polyphenol. The composition has the effect of remarkably reducing the uric acid. A bio-engineering technology is utilized to extract a variety of raw materials, so that the advantages of being high in extraction rate, free of toxic and side effects and environment-friendly are provided. The tea polyphenol is a natural antioxidant which has no toxic or side effect and no odor, consists of flavonol, anthocyanin, catechin, phenolic acid and depside; and the main component epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG) has the function of inhibiting xanthine oxidase and is suitable for the case of excessive production of uric acid.
