Abstract

A synthesizing method of the iridium complex comprises the steps that a compound 1,3,3-trimethyl spiro[indoline-2,2'-(1,4)oxazine(2,3-f)(1,10)phenanthroline] and a bridge chlorine complex 2-iridium phenylpyridine are added in a react solvent to react under a nitrogen atmosphere at 100-150 DEG C, and reaction liquid is cooled to the room temperature; then, a saturated potassium hexafluorophosphate solution is added in the reaction liquid, the mixture is stirred evenly, dichloromethane is added for extraction, organic phases are collected, washing isconducted with distilled water, evaporation is conducted to remove the organic solvent, and thus a crude reaction product is obtained; petroleum ether and dichloromethane are adopted according to theratio of 3:1 to serve as mobile phases, the crude reaction product is separated and purified through a silica gel column, and thus the iridium complex is obtained.
