The invention relates to an inorganic nonlinear optical material lead iodo-borate crystal, and a preparation method and application thereof, belonging to the field of inorganic chemistry as well as the field of material science. The chemical formula of the lead iodo-borate crystal is Pb2B5O9I, and the molecular weight is 739.35; the lead iodo-borate crystal belongs to an orthorhombic crystal system and a space group Pnn2; and the unit cell parameters are as followings: alpha = 90 DEG, beta = 90 DEG, gamma = 90 DEG, and Z = 4. The lead iodo-borate crystal is synthesized by a one-step self fluxing method, which comprises the following steps: mixing lead raw materials consisting of oxide, lead iodide and boron oxide with self flux consisting of PbO and B2O3 which are 50-150% excess, wherein the molar ratio of of PbO:PbI:B2O3 is 3:1:5; adding the mixture to a vacuum sealed container; insulating heat at 700-900 DEG C for 5-48 hours; and slowly cooling to room temperature at the speed of lower than 10 DEG C/hour to obtain an end product lead iodo-borate crystal. The lead iodo-borate crystal has excellent nonlinear optical performance, and the second harmonic generation (SHG) coefficient of the crystal powder is 1.4 times that of KTP (kalium titanium phosphate).

The invention relates to a porphyrin-structure-unit-containing porous network conjugated polymer and a preparation method thereof, belonging to the technical field of functional high-polymer materials. The invention aims to obtain a nonlinear optical material with higher chemical stability and heat resistance. The porous network conjugated polymer is formed by connecting a porphyrin structure unit to a high-polymer main chain framework. The preparation method comprises the following steps: carrying out polycondensation reaction on carboxyl porphyrin derivatives and small molecules containing diamido and dihydroxy groups to prepare the polymer. Compared with the porphyrin small molecules, the content of the pi-electron conjugated system is enhanced. When the porous network conjugated polymer is used as the nonlinear optical material, the macroscopic nonlinear coefficient and nonlinear optical properties of the material are greatly enhanced, and the porous network conjugated polymer has higher chemical stability and heat resistance. Therefore, the porphyrin-structure-unit-containing porous network conjugated polymer has wide application prospects in the fields of optoelectronic industry, micro-electronic industry, communication and the like when being used as the nonlinear optical material.

The invention relates to a high-damage-threshold laser film technological method, and belongs to the field of optical film plating. The invention aims to overcome the defect that the laser damage resistance threshold of a laser film plated in visible light and near-infrared bands by a conventional laser film plating technology is relatively low. Quartz or K9 is used as a coating substrate, sapphire is used as a substrate film material M, HfO2 is used as a high-refractive-index film material H, SiO2 is used as a low-refractive-index film material L, and TFC is used for giving geometric thicknesses and film system sequence calculation results of all layers of film systems; ultrasonic cleaning and heating baking are carried out on the coating substrate; in an optical film layer bonding bottoming process and a stress matching process, three film materials are sequentially put into an electronic gun evaporation source crucible boat, and then a coating process is completed according to the geometric thickness of each layer of film system and the sequence of the film systems; and the coating substrate is bombarded by using an ion source before coating and in the coating process. The filmlayer is hard, firm, excellent in laser damage resistance and good in permeability, and can be used for a long time in a severe field environment.

Method for preparing lead fluoroborate single crystal by microwave hydrothermal method

The invention relates to a method for preparing a lead fluoroborate single crystal by a microwave hydrothermal method. The method is a preparation method which can be implemented by one step in a liquid phase and used for growing lead fluoroborate nonlinear optical crystals by the microwave hydrothermal method by adoption of the microwave hydrothermal method and by use of a microwave quick and efficient heating mode. The lead fluoroborate single crystal prepared by the method is excellent in nonlinear optical performance; the powder frequency-doubled effect is four times better than that of KDP (KH2PO<-4>); the stop edge of an ultraviolet region is about 195nm. Furthermore, the lead fluoroborate single crystal prepared by the microwave hydrothermal method is complete in crystal form and uniform in size, is easy to cut, polish and store and can be widely applied to the preparation of nonlinear optical devices such as a frequency doubling generator, an upper or lower frequency doubling converter and an optical parameter amplifier. The method disclosed by the invention has the characteristics that the raw materials are readily available, the equipment cost is low, the operation is simple, and the experiment period is shorter.
