Embodiment 1

[0088] (1) Preparation of new structural proton exchange membrane

[0089] Take a 4cm×6cm Nafion117 proton exchange membrane, put it into excess absolute ethanol, keep it at 30°C for 20min, and monitor the expansion ratios in the thickness and length directions to be 15% and 8%, respectively. Weigh 20ml of tetraethyl orthosilicate, slowly add it dropwise to the above solution, treat the solution for 30min at room temperature and with the help of ultrasonic waves with a power of 400W, and then slowly add 5ml of ammonia water dropwise. The solution and the basement film were sealed with plastic wrap and kept at 25°C for 6 hours to hydrolyze the tetraethyl orthosilicate and further grow silica nanoparticles in situ. Take out the treated basement membrane and soak it in deionized water for 12 hours until the soaking solution turns neutral. Then, the membrane was hung in the air to dry at room temperature for 8 hours, and further dried at 120° C. for 3 hours to obtain the proton e...

Embodiment 2

[0094] (1) Preparation of new structural proton exchange membrane

[0095] Take a 4cm×6cm Nafion212 proton exchange membrane, put it into excess isopropanol, keep it at 40°C for 60min, and monitor the expansion ratios in the thickness and length directions to be 37% and 15%, respectively. Weigh 5 grams of aluminum isopropoxide, slowly add it to the above solution, and treat the solution for 90 minutes at room temperature with the help of ultrasonic waves with a power of 400 W, and then slowly add 10 ml of ammonia water dropwise. The solution and basement film were sealed with plastic wrap and kept at 30° C. for 12 hours to hydrolyze aluminum isopropoxide and further in-situ grow aluminum oxide nanoparticles. Take out the treated basement membrane and soak it in deionized water for 12 hours until the soaking solution becomes neutral. Then, the membrane was hung in the air to dry at room temperature for 2 hours, and further dried at 150° C. for 2 hours to obtain the proton exch...

Embodiment 3

[0100] (1) Preparation of new structural proton exchange membrane

[0101] Take a 4cm×6cm Nafion115 proton exchange membrane, put it into excess deionized water, keep it at 60°C for 15min, and monitor the expansion ratios in the thickness and length directions to be 12% and 9%, respectively. Weigh 20ml of tetrabutyl titanate, slowly add it dropwise to the above solution, treat the solution for 20min at room temperature and with the help of 400W ultrasonic power, then slowly add 5ml of 25% hydrochloric acid dropwise, and further sonicate for 10min. The solution and the basement film were sealed with a plastic wrap and kept at 15° C. for 5 hours to hydrolyze the tetrabutyl titanate and grow titanium oxide nanoparticles in situ. Take out the treated basement membrane and soak it in deionized water for 24 hours until the soaking solution turns neutral. Then, hang the membrane in the air at room temperature for 16 hours, and further dry it at 140° C. for 6 hours to obtain the prot...

Abstract

The invention provides new-type structure proton exchange membrane for a fuel cell and a preparation method thereof. According to the new-type structure proton exchange membrane provided by the invention, two aspects of a membrane material and a membrane structure are optimized and modified, specifically, inorganic nanoparticles are embedded into a polymer chain segment structure of conventional proton exchange membrane in situ, spatial configuration of polymer chain segments are adjusted through utilization of the nanoparticles, and further ion conductivity of the membrane is improved. The new-type structure proton exchange membrane is mainly prepared through utilization of steps such as swelling base membrane, embedding function materials and carrying out postprocessing. The obtained membrane has excellent ion diffusion rate and electrolyte affinity. Comprehensive performance of is superior to that of the proton exchange membrane in the market. The technology provided by the invention is simple in craft. Raw materials are easy to get. Expensive and complex production equipment is avoided. Large-scale production is easy to realize. According to the technology provided by the invention, performance improvement and cost reduction of the fuel cell can be remarkably propelled, and popularization of the fuel cell in the field of large-scale energy storage is prompted.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of proton exchange membrane manufacture, and in particular relates to a proton exchange membrane with a novel structure for a fuel cell and a preparation method thereof. Background technique [0002] A fuel cell is an environmentally friendly, high-performance chemical power source that can be deeply charged and discharged with a large capacity. Fuel cells can not only be used as supporting energy storage equipment for renewable energy power generation systems, but also can be used as peak-shaving devices for power grids to improve power transmission quality and ensure power grid security. It has been demonstrated in many countries. [0003] As the core component of the proton exchange membrane fuel cell, the membrane electrode provides a reaction site for the electrochemical reaction of energy conversion, and also provides a multiphase channel for the transport of reactants and products such as electrons, protons, wa...
