Embodiment Construction

[0029] In order to make the object, technical solution and advantages of the present invention clearer, the present invention will be further described in detail below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described here are only used to explain the present invention, not to limit the present invention.

[0030] An embodiment of the present application provides a method for directly separating H from natural gas at the wellhead using a hydrate method. 2 S methods such as figure 1 As shown, the collected gas at the wellhead is throttled and depressurized, and the H in the collected gas is 2 S generates H 2 S hydrate, then the solid H 2 S hydrate, free water and other solid impurities are separated from the gaseous natural gas, and then transported to the downstream gas gathering station and purification plant for further treatment after being measured by a meter. Since the pressure of the collect...

Abstract

The invention discloses a method and device for directly separating H2S in natural gas by a hydrate method at a wellhead. The method comprises throttling down and depressurizing collected gas at the wellhead to allow H2S in the collected gas to form a hydrate, and then separating the H2S hydrate from natural gas. The device mainly includes a collision type reaction kettle. The method and device are applicable not only to desulfurization of high-sulfur-content natural gas, but also to desulfurization of low-sulfur-content gas, a high pressure of the collected gas at a production wellhead and alow temperature generated by the throttling and pressure reduction are fully utilized, and a hydration reaction is carried out to generate the H2S hydrate, and therefore energy consumption is effectively saved and separation of a solid H2S hydrate from the collected gas is facilitated. The hydration reaction is carried out in the collision-type reaction kettle, the mass transfer and heat transferefficiency of the hydrate formation process can be enhanced, and H2S hydrate slurry is formed to facilitate transportation inside a tube. A decomposition liquid obtained by thermal decomposition of the H2S hydrate can be recycled to reduce environmental pollution, and at the same time accelerate the formation rate of the H2S hydrate.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of natural gas purification, in particular to the direct separation of H in natural gas at the wellhead using a hydrate method. 2 S method and apparatus. Background technique [0002] As the driving force and foundation of the development of the material world, energy has always been highly concerned by governments and people of all countries. In recent years, special emphasis has been placed on optimizing the energy structure and increasing the proportion of clean energy consumption. The direction of energy development has entered a new era of "low-carbon, high-efficiency, and sustainable". Natural gas has been highly praised by people because of its high thermal efficiency, less pollution caused by combustion, and economical and safe use. The main components of newly exploited natural gas are hydrocarbon substances mainly methane, and also include a small amount of non-hydrocarbon harmful substances such...
