Abstract

The invention discloses a hydraulic-pressure-resistant and anti-freezing / thawing coating for a concrete structure and a preparation method of the hydraulic-pressure-resistant and anti-freezing / thawingcoating. The coating is prepared from components in parts by weight as follows: 20-30 parts of hydrophobic polymer microspheres, 20-35 parts of polyvinyl alcohol, 2-6 parts of a crosslinking agent, 5-12 parts of trimethylamyl triethoxysilane, 10-20 parts of siloxane organosilicone, 30-45 parts of a silicon resin emulsion, 30-50 parts of an acrylic emulsion, 1-5 parts of nano-silica, 3-10 parts ofa dispersant, 2-6 parts of an anti-aging agent and 5-10 parts of a diluent. The surfaces of the hydrophobic polymer microspheres are also immobilized with cationic groups and anionic groups. The prepared coating has good hydraulic pressure resistance, good freezing and thawing cycle resistance and high hydrophobic property, is not prone to falling off and is capable of withstanding air corrosionand environmental climate invasion for a long time, so that the service life is prolonged, and the coating is particularly applicable to concrete structures in projects such as water conservancy projects, port projects, roads and bridges in high cold and high altitude areas.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of concrete surface protective coatings, in particular to a water pressure-resistant and anti-freeze-thaw coating for concrete structures and a preparation method thereof. Background technique [0002] Concrete is currently the most widely used man-made building structure material. With the rapid development of modern economy and science and technology, the scope of demand for concrete has been expanded to the construction of ports, highways, bridges, and municipal modernization projects. In general, concrete structures have good long-term performance with high durability. However, the service ability and time of concrete will be limited by various environmental conditions, and will deteriorate during service, and some will not even reach the expected life and be destroyed. Frost resistance is one of the most important indicators of concrete durability. In the alpine and high-altitude areas, the main cause of concr...
