Embodiment 1

[0025] 1) Chitosan and N,N-dimethylglycine were put into 50mL DMSO with a mass of 1.5g and 1g respectively, and then 0.05g of catalyst p-toluenesulfonic acid was added, nitrogen gas was introduced and stirred at 90°C for 16 hours. After the reaction, cool down, neutralize to neutral with a 10% sodium bicarbonate solution, then wash with saturated brine until clear, separate the layers, extract the organic layer with ethyl acetate, and finally distill through a rotary evaporator to obtain Viscous liquid.

[0026] 2) Add 1 g of the above-mentioned viscous liquid into 25 mL of toluene, slowly add 5 mL of (3-chloropropyl)diethoxymethylsilane dropwise, and heat to reflux for 6 h to obtain the product. Dialysis was performed using a 3500 Da dialysis bag. The product is concentrated and dried to obtain the final product modified chitosan.

Embodiment 2

[0028] 1) Chitosan and N,N-dimethylglycine were put into 50mL of toluene with a mass of 2g and 1g respectively, then 0.05g of catalyst p-toluenesulfonic acid was added, and nitrogen gas was introduced and stirred at 92°C for 16 hours. After the reaction, cool down slightly, neutralize to neutral with 10% sodium bicarbonate solution, then wash with saturated brine until clear, separate the layers, extract the organic layer with ethyl acetate, and finally distill by rotary evaporator A viscous liquid was obtained.

[0029] 2) Add 1 g of the above viscous liquid into 25 mL of xylene, slowly add 5 mL of (3-chloropropyl)trimethoxysilane dropwise, and heat to reflux for 6 h to obtain the product. Dialysis was performed using a 3500 Da dialysis bag. The product is concentrated and dried to obtain the final product modified chitosan.

Embodiment 3

[0031] 1) Chitosan and N,N-dimethylglycine were put into 50mL of xylene at a mass of 2.5g and 1g respectively, then 0.05g of catalyst p-toluenesulfonic acid was added, nitrogen gas was introduced and stirred at 90°C for 16 hours . After the reaction, cool down slightly, neutralize to neutral with 10% sodium bicarbonate solution, then wash with saturated brine until clear, separate the layers, extract the organic layer with ethyl acetate, and finally distill by rotary evaporator A viscous liquid was obtained.

[0032] 2) Add 1 g of the above viscous liquid into 25 mL of butanol, slowly add 5 mL of (3-chloropropyl)trimethoxysilane dropwise, and heat to reflux for 6 h to obtain the product. Dialysis was performed using a 3500 Da dialysis bag. The product is concentrated and dried to obtain the final product modified chitosan.

Abstract

The invention provides a modified chitosan and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises following steps: mixing chitosan and N,N-dimethyl glycine in a solvent, carrying out reactions under the action of a catalyst; after reactions, cooling, adjusting the pH to 7, washing, carrying out liquid separation and extraction, performing distillation by a rotary evaporator to obtain viscous liquid; adding the viscous liquid into an organic solvent, slowly adding chloro-propyl silane, heating, carrying out refluxing for 5 to 10 hours to obtain a product, using a dialysis bag to carry out dialysis, concentrating the product, and drying to obtain the final product namely modified chitosan. The test results show that the prepared modified chitosan can kill staphylococcus aureus, escherichia coli and candida albicans; the sterilization rates all reach 99% or more; and the modified chitosan does not trigger skin allergy.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of medicine, and in particular relates to a modified chitosan and a preparation method thereof. Background technique [0002] The antibacterial function modification of the material surface can prevent the growth of harmful microorganisms, which is of great significance to control the spread of germs and protect the material body from microbial corrosion. Therefore, the research on antibacterial agents and antibacterial functional materials has been widely concerned by researchers. Organosilicon quaternary ammonium compounds are favored because of their excellent properties such as low toxicity and broad antibacterial spectrum. And it will not cause harm and pollution to the human body and the environment; microorganisms will not develop immunity to antibacterial agents during their life cycle; excellent antibacterial performance. [0003] Natural polymer chitosan is rich in raw materials, non-toxic, tastel...
