Problems solved by technology

[0006] At present, there are some existing technologies for plasma treatment of waste at home and abroad, but there are various limitations, such as: high temperature resistance requirements of the furnace, and short life; the thickness of the plasma cracking furnace lining is about 400-600mm thick, and the equipment Heavy weight; high-temperature liquid slag is difficult to cool and discharge, etc.
Resulting in inefficient waste disposal and high energy consumption

Abstract

The invention provides an organic waste system through plasma treatment. The system comprises a pretreatment unit, a pyrolysis incineration unit and a flue gas treatment discharge unit. The pyrolysisincineration unit comprises a plasma generator, a pyrolysis chamber and a combustion chamber, wherein one end of the pyrolysis chamber is connected with the plasma generator and communicates with thepretreatment unit, the other end of the pyrolysis chamber is connected with the combustion chamber. The combustion chamber comprises an inner cavity, an air cooling layer and an oxygen supply passage, wherein the air cooling layer is arranged at the outer side of the inner cavity and communicates with the external environment, the inlet of the oxygen supply passage communicates with the air cooling layer, and the outlet of the oxygen supply passage communicates with the inner cavity. The flue gas treatment discharge unit communicates with the combustion chamber. According to the organic wastesystem through plasma treatment, air in the air cooling layer is used for supplying oxygen to the combustion chamber, and waste heat in the combustion chamber is used for heating the air, thus reducing the influence on the temperature in the combustion chamber and avoiding temperature impact on materials in the combustion chamber, and therefore the organic waste system has the beneficial effects of energy saving and consumption reduction.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of waste treatment, in particular to a plasma treatment system for organic waste. Background technique [0002] With the rapid development of industrial production, environmental pollution has become increasingly serious, and the variety of various synthetic chemical substances is increasing at an alarming rate, many of which are poisonous and harmful. How to deal with these environmental pollutants has become an important topic of international concern. Due to the shortcomings of secondary pollution, migration effect and low efficiency, the primacy of traditional landfill and incineration has been seriously challenged. In particular, the incineration process in the incineration process will produce highly toxic polychlorinated dibenzodioxins and polychlorinated dibenzofurans, so people pay special attention to the secondary pollution of the incineration process. [0003] Organic waste is not only extremel...
