Embodiment 1

[0040] The preparation method of the composite material for removing formaldehyde of the present embodiment comprises the following steps:

[0041] 1) Add 0.5g of polyvinyl alcohol into 75mL of water, slowly raise the temperature to 65°C and stir continuously to dissolve it completely, and obtain an aqueous solution of polyvinyl alcohol, which is then added to the flask for later use;

[0042] Mix 1.8g of N,N'-methylenebisacrylamide, 4.5g of methyl methacrylate, and 10g of liquid paraffin, stir for 10min, add 0.1g of initiator azobisisobutyronitrile to the mixture and mix , to get a mixture;

[0043] 2) Slowly add the above mixed solution to the aqueous solution of polyvinyl alcohol in the flask under stirring condition. After the addition, put the flask in a water bath at 60°C, and continue to stir and react at a speed of 250rpm for 12h; after the reaction, the solid-liquid Separation: Mix the solid with 100 mL of absolute ethanol and stir for 15 minutes, separate the solid ...

Embodiment 2

[0048] The preparation method of the composite material for removing formaldehyde of the present embodiment comprises the following steps:

[0049] 1) Add 0.8g of polyvinyl alcohol into 80mL of water, slowly raise the temperature to 70°C and stir continuously to dissolve it completely, and obtain an aqueous solution of polyvinyl alcohol, which is then added to the flask for later use;

[0050] Mix 2g of N,N'-methylenebisacrylamide, 6g of methyl methacrylate, and 15g of liquid paraffin, stir for 15min, add 0.2g of initiator azobisisobutyronitrile into the mixture and mix to obtain mixed solution;

[0051] 2) Slowly add the above mixed solution into the polyvinyl alcohol aqueous solution in the flask under stirring condition. After the addition, put the flask in a water bath at 60°C, and continue to stir and react at a speed of 200rpm for 10h; after the reaction, the solid-liquid Separation: Mix the solid with 100 mL of absolute ethanol and stir for 20 minutes, separate the sol...

Embodiment 3

[0056] The preparation method of the composite material for removing formaldehyde of the present embodiment comprises the following steps:

[0057] 1) Add 1.5g of polyvinyl alcohol into 100mL of water, slowly raise the temperature to 75°C and stir continuously to dissolve it completely, and obtain an aqueous solution of polyvinyl alcohol, which is then added to the flask for later use;

[0058] Mix 2.5g of N,N'-methylenebisacrylamide, 10g of methyl methacrylate, and 18g of liquid paraffin, stir for 20min, add 0.5g of initiator azobisisobutyronitrile to the mixture, get the mixture;

[0059] 2) Slowly add the above mixed solution to the aqueous solution of polyvinyl alcohol in the flask under stirring conditions. After the addition, put the flask in a water bath at 60°C, and continue to stir and react at a speed of 200rpm for 15h; after the reaction, the solid-liquid Separation: Mix the solid with 150 mL of absolute ethanol and stir for 20 minutes, separate the solid from the ...

Abstract

The invention relates to a composite material for adsorbing formaldehyde, and a preparation method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of formaldehyde removal. The preparation method comprises: 1) mixing N,N'-methylene bisacrylamide, acrylate, an initiator and a pore-forming agent to obtain a mixed solution, adding the mixed solution into a polyvinyl alcohol aqueous solution, carrying outa polymerization reaction, and washing with a solvent to remove the pore-forming agent to obtain a polymerized resin; 2) mixing the polymerized resin and ammonia water, adding an ethanol solution of tetrabutyl titanate, carrying out solid-liquid separation after a reaction, and washing the solid; and 3) adding the washed solid into an HNO3 solution, carrying out constant-temperature reflux for 2-3h, carrying out solid-liquid separation, washing, and drying to obtain the product. According to the present invention, the composite material prepared by the preparation method has a porous structure and can adsorb formaldehyde, wherein titanium dioxide is attached to the particles of the composite material so as to decompose formaldehyde under an illumination condition.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a composite material for absorbing formaldehyde and a preparation method thereof, belonging to the technical field of formaldehyde removal. Background technique [0002] Formaldehyde is a common pollutant in the indoor atmosphere, and it has high toxicity. Short-term exposure to low concentrations of formaldehyde can irritate the eyes and respiratory tract and cause allergic reactions, and long-term exposure to trace amounts of formaldehyde can increase the possibility of cancer. Formaldehyde has been identified as a teratogenic and carcinogenic substance by the World Health Organization. The "Indoor Air Quality Standard" (GB / T18883-2002), which was implemented in my country in 2003, stipulates that the maximum allowable concentration of formaldehyde in indoor air is 0.10 mg per cubic meter (1 hour average). [0003] Existing methods for eliminating formaldehyde include adsorption, chemical absorption, catalytic conversion, c...
