Abstract

The invention discloses a polyurethane honeycomb paperboard glass felt composite material, and raw materials of polyurethane comprise a component A and a component B. The component A comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 60-70 parts of polyether with the number-average molecular weight of 450-550 by taking cane sugar and glycerol as initiators; 15-25 parts of polyether with thenumber-average molecular weight of 5000-6000 by taking glycerin as an initiator; 0.5 to 1.5 parts of a surfactant; 0.5 to 1.5 parts of a catalyst; 8-15 parts of an auxiliary agent and 0.5 to 1.5 parts of water; wherein the auxiliary agent comprises a cross-linking agent and a chain extender in a mass ratio of 1: (0.6-0.7); the cross-linking agent is one or more of glycerol, diethanol amine, triethanolamine and ethylenediamine polyether; and the chain extender is one or more of ethylene glycol, diethylene glycol, propylene glycol, dipropylene glycol, tripropylene glycol and 1, 4-butanediol. The curing and skinning of the surface of the polyurethane honeycomb paperboard glass felt composite material are promoted, so that the surface of the polyurethane honeycomb paperboard glass felt composite material is smooth and glossy, and the appearance of the product is improved.
