Abstract

The present invention provides a yarn-dyeing warping density adjusting method for polyamide-wrapped polyurethane yarns. The method comprises the following steps of 1), hanging the original polyamide-wrapped polyurethane yarns on a rear warping creel according to 400-790 yarns, wherein the warp density is 400-480 g / dm<3>; 2), sequentially putting every 9 yarns in a row into a dent, wherein the distance between every two dent needles is 2 mm; 3) leading out the original polyamide-wrapped polyurethane yarns from the creel, and uniformly dispersing the original yarns on a yarn guide roller; 4), providing a warping machine with a humidifier and an electrostatic removal device, and turning on the humidifier and the electrostatic removal device during warping; 5), adjusting the beam density to 300-480 g / dm<3> and the warping speed to 300-550 m / min, wherein the inside and outside of a warping beam are consistent in tightness; and 6), setting the yarn number to be 400-790 and the dent swing range to be 2-4.5 mm, leading out the yarns from a dent sheet, uniformly and closely arranging the yarns on the warping beam, enabling the beam surface to be flat and consistent, and setting the pressureof a yarn pressing roller to be 0.15-0.25 N and the yarn tension of the rear creel to be 2-6 cN.
