Abstract

The exhaust gas temperature is lowered below the water dew point, so that the energy utilization efficiency is improved, and natural gas consumption is lowered. The recovered waste heat can also be used as a heat source for external heat users, so that a significant economicbenefit is achieved. By means of air humidification and flue gas recirculation, the oxygen concentration of combustion-supporting air entering the boiler is lowered; the combustion temperature is lowered; and the aim of lowering the NOx emission concentration is fulfilled. In addition, more heat can be provided for the combustion-supporting air humidification process through the flue gas recirculation, so that the air humidification amount is increased. The exhaust gas temperature is lowered below the water dew point, so that most of water vapor in the flue gas is condensed; the aim of recovering the water vapor in the flue gas can be fulfilled; the water consumption is lowered; and visual pollution of white smoke plume is relieved.
