The extraction process comprises the following steps: freeze-drying fresh sweet osmanthus flowers in a freeze dryer to obtain dried sweet osmanthus flowers, collecting sweet osmanthus flower cell sap and storing the sweet osmanthus flower cell sap in a refrigerator; crushing and sieving the dried sweet osmanthus flowers to obtain dried sweet osmanthus flowers with uniform particles, and hermetically storing the dried sweet osmanthus flowers by using a dry and clean ziplock bag; pouring grape seed oil into the dried sweet osmanthus flowers, conducting uniform stirring, and carrying out ultrasonic treatment; loading the sweet osmanthus flowers into an extraction kettle for extraction to obtain grape seed oil containing an osmanthus fragrans extract; subjecting the grape seed oil containing the osmanthus fragrans extract to freezing and standing, and then performing suction filtration until no floccule appears after a filtrate is centrifuged so as to obtain the osmanthus fragrans oil.
