Abstract

The invention relates to an enzymolysis method of chicken intestinal canals, a carp feed containing intestinal canals and a feed preparation method, and belongs to the technical field of preparation of fish feeds. The enzymolysis method comprises the steps of: preprocessing the raw materials, mixing the intestinal canals, protease and water, and carrying out enzymolysis, wherein the protease is one of alkaline protease, papain, trypsin or neutral protease. The carp feed consists of the following raw materials in parts by mass: soybean meal, fish meal, enzymatically decomposed chicken intestinal canal protein, wheat middling, soybean oil, fish oil, phospholipid, choline chloride, calcium dihydrogen phosphate, sodium hydroxycellulose, a mineral element premix, multivitamins, methionine, threonine and lysine. A chicken intestinal canal protein feed,namely the carp feed contains trophic factors for promoting development of the intestinal tracts and is capable of improving activities of intestinal tract complements C3 and C4 and lysozyme, therebyimproving immunologic functions of the intestinal tracts.
