Embodiment 1

[0020] The cement-based polymer cementitious material of this embodiment is prepared by the following components by weight percentage: tailings slag 58.8%, ordinary Portland cement 30%, white cement 10%, redispersible rubber powder 0.9%, Cellulose ether 0.3%. The tailings slag is dried quartz sand tailings slag with a silicon dioxide content of not less than 90%. The cellulose ether is hydroxypropylmethylcellulose (HPMC). Ordinary Portland cement and white cement both have a strength grade of 42.5. When the cement-based polymer cementitious material of this embodiment is mixed with water in a ratio of 1:2.5 and the segment is repaired, the time required for setting and hardening is 0.5 hours, and the strength achieved after setting and hardening is 52Mpa.

[0021] When utilizing the cement-based polymer cementitious material of the present embodiment to repair the segment, the steps are as follows:

[0022] S1. Estimate the total weight of the required cement-based polymer ...

Embodiment 2

[0026] The cement-based polymer cementitious material of this embodiment is prepared by the following components by weight percentage: 55.5% of tailings slag, 35% of ordinary portland cement, 8% of white cement, 1.2% of redispersible rubber powder, Cellulose ether 0.3%. When the cement-based polymer cementitious material of this embodiment is mixed with water in a ratio of 1:3 and the segment is repaired, the time required for setting and hardening is 0.6 hours, and the strength achieved after setting and hardening is 55Mpa.

[0027] When utilizing the cement-based polymer cementitious material of the present embodiment to repair the segment, the steps are as follows:

[0028] S1. Estimate the total weight of the required cement-based polymer cementitious material according to the amount of repair required in the segment to be repaired, and pour the required weight of cement-based polymer cementitious material into the container; wherein, the tailings slag is Water content mu...

Abstract

The invention provides a cement-based polymer cementing material for duct piece repairing and a duct piece repairing method. The material is prepared from the following components in percentage by weight: 55.5 to 58.8 percent of tailing slag; 30 to 35 percent of ordinary Portland cement; 8 to 10 percent of white cement; 0.9 to 1.2 percent of redispersible rubber powder; and 0.3 percent of cellulose ether. The duct piece repairing method comprises the following steps of: S1, estimating the total weight of a required cement-based polymer cementing material, and pouring the material into a container; S2, adding water into the container, the ratio of the cement-based polymer cementing material to the water being 1: 2.5, and stirring an obtained mixture until the mixture is fully wetted and uniform; S3, smearing/filling a to-be-repaired area with the mixture so as to complete the repairing of a duct piece. The material is high in setting and hardening speed and repairing strength; and the repairing method is simple and convenient and can shorten the waiting time of a repaired duct piece and increase the delivery speed of the duct piece.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of construction engineering, and in particular relates to a cement-based polymer cementitious material for segment repair and a segment repair method. Background technique [0002] The shield segment is the main assembly component of shield construction and the innermost barrier of the tunnel, which bears the role of resisting soil pressure, groundwater pressure and some special loads. The production of shield segments usually uses high-strength impermeable concrete to ensure reliable load-bearing and waterproof performance. The production mainly uses the finished segment mold to form after sealing and pouring concrete. Bubbles and cracks will inevitably occur on the surface of the segment during the production process; bumps will inevitably occur during the transfer and stacking process, causing the segment to lose edges and corners. Missing edges and corners are repaired; the existing ordinary cement-based repair m...
