The nanoprobe comprises a biological enzyme, an MOFs material coating the biological enzyme, a heteropolyacid cluster (POM) and a signal molecule which fill in a pore channel of the MOFs material, gold particles growing on the surface of the MOFs material in situ, and a biological antibody connected with the gold particles. According to the conductive multifunctional nanoprobe, the MOFs material filled with POM has good hydrophilicity and is beneficial to ion transmission in an aqueous solution system so that the conductive multifunctional nanoprobe has good conductivity. Meanwhile, the improvement of hydrophilicity is also beneficial to the transmission of a catalytic substrate in a pore channel so that the catalytic activity is improved; POM has hydrogen peroxide catalytic activity and can be subjected to cascade catalytic reaction together with biological enzyme to amplify an electrochemical signal of a signal substance; after the pore channels of the MOFs material are filled with POM, the residual space can limit signal substance molecules so that the signal loading capacity of theprobe material is improved.
