[0148] Preparation method and performance verification of window-shaped three-layer polyethylene structure TIMEP

[0149] In this preferred embodiment of the invention, a high performance TIMEP is produced. First, using coal-based nano-carbon with high conductivity as ink, the mid-infrared emitting film of nano-carbon composite was prepared by standard film casting process. The sheet resistance of the obtained film is 26±2Ω / □ and the thickness is 80±2μm, and the resistance is 8Ω, the size is 250cm 2 electric heating film. Under the applied voltage of 35V, the rated power of TIMEP is 150W and 0.60W / cm 2 . The window-shaped three-layer mid-infrared transparent layer structure consists of three layers of polyethylene with an air gap of 1.2 mm between these layers and the attached layer of the electroporation mid-infrared emitting film. The user-facing top layer is composed of colored polyethylene with nearly 100% mid-infrared transmittance and nearly 100% mid-infrared emissiv...

Abstract

The invention provides a thermally-insulated packaging mid-infrared-emitting panel (TIMEP for short) for heating and physiotherapy and a preparation method thereof. The mid-infrared-emitting panel comprises a top surface covering layer, a first gas thermal insulation layer, a first mid-infrared transmitting plastic thermal insulation layer, a second gas thermal insulation layer, a second mid-infrared transmitting plastic thermal insulation layer, a third gas thermal insulation layer, a first electric insulation layer, an electric-to-mid-infrared emission film layer, a second electric insulation layer and a bottom surface covering layer which are sequentially arranged in a laminated mode, wherein the mid-infrared transmissivity of the top surface covering layer and the thermal insulation layer is greater than or equal to 90%, the bottom surface covering layer is thermally insulated, and the mid-infrared emissivity is less than or equal to 10%; and the material of the electric-to-mid-infrared emission film layer comprises a low-cost coal-based nano carbon plastic compound. The innovativeness of the TIMEP is derived from unusual combination of the quantifiable attributes, the defect of high energy consumption of hot air convection heating is overcome through high thermal insulation, electricity can be efficiently transmitted to a user by converting to mid-infrared rays, and comfortable warm feeling and mid-infrared physiotherapy effect are provided for the user.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to mid-infrared optical engineering, thermal insulation engineering, indoor heating and energy-saving green engineering, infrared physiotherapy, nano-engineering and intelligent manufacturing technology, in particular to a heat-insulating and packaged mid-infrared emission screen for heating and physiotherapy and a preparation method thereof . [0002] technical background [0003] Human civilization is making continuous progress, but the current development model is unsustainable, because the rate of global energy consumption has far exceeded the rate of replenishment of global energy reserves, resulting in a crisis of energy exhaustion. Since the indoor energy consumption of buildings accounts for nearly 40% of global energy consumption, disruptive innovations to reduce indoor energy consumption are particularly important and urgent [1-5]. Room heating technology is based on the transfer of heat energy by objects through solid h...
