Problems solved by technology

Traditional large-scale instrument methods are mostly time-consuming and require specially trained technicians, so they are not suitable for on-site detection; although immunoassays can accurately identify organophosphorus pesticides in samples and can measure multiple samples at the same time, they are limited to laboratory operations , cannot be operated under field conditions; biosensors have high selectivity, short time consumption, and small instrument volume, which are suitable for on-site measurement, but there are still problems of insufficient stability and accuracy, and further research is needed

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for detecting an organophosphorus pesticide by utilizing an MOFs@QDs material in a farmland environment. The method comprises the following steps of adding materials of 4-carboxyl phenyl benzene, zirconium chloride and benzoic acid into dimethylformamide and water, carrying out ultrasonic mixing, reacting in a reaction kettle, washing after naturally cooling, washing with methanol, and drying overnight to obtain a Zr-MOFs material, dissolving in water, ultrasonically mixing uniformly, adding quantum dots, mixing, ultrasonically centrifuging, washing and dryingto obtain a Zr-MOFs@QDs sensor, diluting the Zr-MOFs@QDs sensor with PBS, adding the organophosphorus pesticide, uniformly mixing, and detecting the fluorescence intensity in a microwell plate detector. With the method, the pesticide residue can be rapidly detected with high sensitivity, the good selective detection ability on parathion-methyl and parathion is provided, the detection limit is wideand is 0.005-2 mg / L, the detection efficiency is improved, and the application is wide.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for detecting organophosphorus pesticides using MOFs@QDs materials in a farmland environment Background technique [0002] Organophosphorus pesticides (OPPs) are a class of pesticides widely used in agricultural production, mainly for the control of plant diseases and pests. Due to the long half-life of OPPs, if used improperly, OPs residues in agricultural products, the environment, and water will seriously pollute the system. OPPs have the ability to irreversibly inhibit the activity of acetylcholinesterase (AChE), interfere with the function of vital organs, and eventually lead to respiratory paralysis leading to poisoning. Organophosphorus pesticide residues in water are mainly sprayed on the field, and washed by rainwater to infiltrate into ditches, groundwater and rivers. Water is the main natural resource that human beings rely on for survival, and the destruction of water bodies will do great harm to living t...
