Abstract

The invention discloses a dried pseudo-ginseng finished product, a drying process of the product and a parameter determination method of the drying process. By weight, the content of total saponins inthe dried pseudo-ginseng product is larger than or equal to 6.803%, and the moisture content is smaller than or equal to 10.343%, wherein the total saponins comprise ginsenoside Rg1, ginsenoside Rb1,ginsenoside Re, ginsenoside Rd and notoginsenoside R1, the content of ginsenoside Rg1 is larger than or equal to 2.988%, the content of ginsenoside Rb1 is larger than or equal to 1.695%, the contentof ginsenoside Re is larger than or equal to 0.299%, the content of ginsenoside Rd is larger than or equal to 0.528%, and the content of notoginsenoside R1 is larger than or equal to 0.744%. The drying process comrises the following steps: (1) sorting fresh pseudo-ginseng; (2) removing large roots, fibrous roots and sheared edges; (3) cleaning; (4) refrigerating; (5) slicing; (6) hot air drying; and (7) finished product obtaining. The pseudo-ginseng product is high in saponin content, low in water content and good in antioxidant activity, and the drying process is short in drying time and highin drying efficiency.
