Abstract

The invention relates to a green lyocell fabric prepared by dyeing in a vegetable dye rosemary and a preparation method of the green lyocell fabric. The preparation method comprises the following steps of extracting a green plant dye stock solution and a green toner precipitate from rosemary leaves through distillation of a mixed solution of ethanol and water, and then grafting 1-amino-2-sulfate ethyl sulfone ethane to extract so as to prepare modified green plant dye powder; and finally, dyeing a lyocell fabric in the modified green plant dye to obtain the green lyocell fabric. According to the invention, green pigment in the rosemary leaves with low reaction activity is changed into natural dye with high reaction activity, and in addition, other dye auxiliaries such as mordants and accelerants do not need to be added in the dyeing process, so that the dyeing process is simplified, the cost is saved, and meanwhile environmental pollution caused by dyeing is reduced; and the dyed greenlyocell fabric has a relatively high K/S value, and the soaping-resistant color fastness and the dry rubbing-resistant color fastness of the dyed green lyocell fabric are relatively high.
