The polyol in the oleic acid reaction-resistant polyurethane hot melt adhesive adopts the polycarbonate diol, the polyester diol and the polyether diol which have a special short-chain structure, the special polyol structure improves the polarity and crosslinking density of a system, the adhesion between the hot melt adhesive and a base material is improved, and the hot melt adhesive can cope with the erosion of oleic acid; due to the structure of the chain extender the strength of the system is enhanced, and the crosslinking density of the system and the adhesion to the base material are improved; and the p-phenylene diisocyanate is simple in structure, strong in polarity and high in reaction activity, so that the dosage form and the crosslinking density of the system are further improved.
