The novel puncture needle is formed by combining a miniature puncture needle, a hose, a micropipettor and a micromanipulation platform, and after the novel puncture needle sucks and quantitatively modifies an optical nano probe capable of specifically recognizing tumor cells through the micropipettor, the micromanipulation platform controls the miniature puncture needle to accurately move and directly pierce a target tissue area, the quantitative optical nano probe in the micropipettor is injected into the target area, and the target tumor is specifically connected with the optical nano probe.
