Problems solved by technology

[0003] There are two types of APTT detection reagents: freeze-dried powder and liquid. The production process of freeze-dried powder reagents is cumbersome and complicated, and they need to be reconstituted before use, and there are large batch-to-batch differences.
Although liquid ready-to-use APTT detection reagents solve the above problems, they have disadvantages such as poor stability, easy precipitation, and large differences in reagents prepared by different activators.

Abstract

The invention discloses a detection kit for activated partial thromboplastin time and a preparation method. The detection kit comprises an APTT detection reagent and a calcium ion solution. An activator and a chelating agent are added into a buffer system with the pH value of 6.0-8.5, phospholipid is added into an obtained initial solution, and an obtained solution ground into emulsion; an antioxidant, a stabilizer and a preservative are added and uniformly stirred; after constant volume treatment is performed on an obtained mixture, the mixture is incubated for 1 hour at 37 DEG C, and filtering is performed to obtain the APTT detection reagent. Calcium chloride and a preservative are measured separately and are added into a buffer solution; stirring is performed until the calcium chloride and the preservative are completely dissolved; and filtering is performed to obtain the calcium chloride solution. Thus, a liquid ready-to-use activated partial thromboplastin time detection reagent which is effective, reliable and high in stability can be obtained.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of in vitro diagnostic reagents, in particular to a detection kit for activated partial thromboplastin time and a preparation method. Background technique [0002] The coagulation and hemostasis of the body are accomplished by the interaction among platelets, coagulation system, fibrinolytic system, and vascular endothelial system, and the functional state of the coagulation system directly affects the physiological health of the human body. The coagulation process is complex, involving the regulation and interaction among coagulation factors, thrombin, fibrinogen and fibrinolytic system. According to the different initiation pathways of coagulation, it can be divided into intrinsic coagulation system and extrinsic coagulation system, related examinations include prothrombin time (PT), activated partial thromboplastin time (activated partial thromboplastin time , APTT), thrombin time (thrombin time, TT) and...
