The treating agent is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 100 parts of polyester polyol, 8 to 10 parts of isophorone diisocyanate, 12 to 24 parts of polyvinyl butyral, 10 to 30 parts of methyl methacrylate, 230 to 260 parts of butanone, 0.03 to 0.05 part of organic tin, 0.4 to 1 part of azodiisobutyronitrile, 10 to 20 parts of cyclohexanone, 40 to 80 parts of polypropylene glycol and 10 to 15 parts of ethylene glycol diacetate. The oily leather treating agent is obtained by modifying polyurethane glue through a polymerization reaction, can realize adsorption of oil wax in an oily leather material, and has an excellent treatment effect on oily leather with high oil content. A bonding effect can be achieved without pre-treating oily leather.
