Abstract

The invention discloses the application of PBK / TOPK in the preparation of reagents for diagnosing and treating thin endometrial diseases. Application of PBK / TOPK as a detection target in the preparation of thin endometrial diagnostic reagents. Application of PBK / TOPK in preparation of medicine for treating diseases caused by thin endometrium. The present invention finds that down-regulated genes in patients with thin endometrium are mainly enriched in biological processes such as cell proliferation and cell cycle through sequencing and bioinformatics analysis. Experiments have verified that the expression of PBK / TOPK in the endometrial tissue of patients with thin endometrium is significantly reduced, especially in stromal cells. In vitro results showed that the cell proliferation activity decreased after interfering with PBK / TOPK. Therefore, PBK / TOPK may play an important role in the detection and treatment of thin endometrium, and can be used for clinical diagnosis and treatment of thin endometrium.
