The material is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 15 to 45 parts of dimethyl terephthalate, 5 to 20 parts of ethylene glycol, 10 to 30 parts of isophthalic acid, 5 to 15 parts of sebacic acid, 20 to 30 parts of polyether polyol, 10 to 30 parts of isophorone diisocyanate, 15 to 30 parts of hexamethylene diisocyanate, 20 to 40 parts of polydiene polyol and 10 to 45 parts of 1, 4-butanediol.
