Embodiment 1

[0023] A preparation method of bismuth-doped silver sulfide quantum dots, specifically completes according to the following steps:

[0024] 1. Slowly add 1 mL of AgNO to 9 mL of bovine serum albumin solution (25 mg / mL) under magnetic stirring at 500 rpm 3 solution (20mmol / L) and 60μL Bi(NO 3 ) 3 ·5H 2 O solution (50mmol / L), stirred and mixed for 24h to obtain metal ion-albumin complex;

[0025] 2. Adjust the pH of the metal ion-albumin composite solution obtained in step 1 to 12 with 2 mol / L sodium hydroxide solution, add 0.1 mol / L Na 2 S·9H 2 O solution, and react at 55°C for 4h;

[0026] 3. Put the solution after the reaction time in step 2 into a dialysis bag with a molecular weight cut-off of 8000-14000, and dialyze it with ultrapure water for 24 hours to obtain bismuth-doped silver sulfide quantum dots.

Abstract

Relates to a preparation method of bismuth-doped silver sulfide quantum dots with near-infrared second-region fluorescence / photo-thermal performance. The invention aims to solve the problem that the photo-thermal conversion efficiency is low when silver sulfide quantum dots are used as single-component diagnosis and treatment nanoparticles for near-infrared two-region fluorescence imaging guided photo-thermal therapy. The preparation method comprises the following steps: 1, fully mixing an AgNO3 solution and a Bi (NO3) 3.5 H2O solution with an albumin solution to prepare a metal ion-albumin compound; 2, adjusting the pH value of the obtained metal ion-albumin composite solution to 1-13, adding a Na2S. 9H2O solution, and reacting at 50-60 DEG C for 4-6 hours; and 3, dialyzing with ultrapure water for 24-48 hours to obtain the bismuth-doped silver sulfide quantum dots. The bismuth-doped silver sulfide quantum dots are synthesized in a water phase, the preparation process is simple, the reaction is mild, and the prepared bismuth-doped silver sulfide quantum dots not only have good near-infrared two-region fluorescence imaging capability, but also have high photothermal conversion performance, and have great potential in the aspect of being used as single-component diagnosis and treatment nanoparticles.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a preparation method of bismuth-doped silver sulfide quantum dots with near-infrared second-region fluorescence / photothermal properties, belonging to the field of biochemical materials. Background technique [0002] Traditional cancer therapy suffers from the separation and asynchrony of imaging and treatment processes, which can be effectively addressed by light-induced therapeutic nanoparticles. Light-induced therapeutic nanoparticles for fluorescence or photoacoustic imaging and simultaneous photothermal or photodynamic therapy have the advantage of monitoring and adjusting the treatment process in real time. According to the needs, people have designed and prepared a variety of therapeutic nanoparticles, which can be mainly divided into single-component therapeutic nanoparticles and multi-component therapeutic nanoparticles. However, multi-component therapeutic nanoparticles need to combine a variety of materials, so the p...
