Embodiment Construction

[0016] The titanium substrate was first polished with sandpaper, then the titanium plate was boiled for a certain period of time with 5% NaOH solution, taken out and rinsed with distilled water; and then the titanium plate was etched with 10% oxalic acid solution.

[0017] Tin-antimony metal oxide layers are prepared by thermal decomposition using polymeric precursors. At 60°C, 0.2 mol of citric acid was added to 1.0 mol of ethylene glycol. After the citric acid was completely dissolved, 0.065 mol of SnCl was added. 4 ·5H 2 O and 7.1×10 -3 mol SbCl 3 , fully stirred and heated to 90° C. for 30 minutes at a constant temperature to obtain a tin-antimony-containing polymer precursor. The precursor was coated on the titanium substrate, kept in an oven at 130 °C for 10 minutes, then transferred to a muffle furnace at 500 °C for 10 minutes, repeated 10 times, and the last firing was 30 minutes.

Abstract

The invention discloses a process and method of electrolyzing and oxidizing phenol-containing waste water using Ti-base Sn-Sb metal oxide electrode as anode, belonging to water processing field. And the process uses Ti-base Sn-Sb metal oxide electrode as anode and Cu (or stainless steel) as cathode to electrolyze and oxidize the phenol-containing waste water, where the Ti-base Sn-Sb metal oxide anode is made from polymeric precursor by thermolysis. And it can fast degrade the phenol and the degradation intermediate product of the phenol-benzoquinone into aliphatic organic matters to be biochemically processed, thus able to largely raise follow-up biochemical processing efficiency. And it has simple process flow, strong operability, high current efficiency, and stable and reliable processing effect, easy to implement industrialized application.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a technology for wastewater treatment, in particular to a method for treating phenol-containing wastewater that is difficult to biodegrade, and belongs to the technical field of water treatment. Background technique [0002] With the rapid economic growth, the scope and degree of water pollution are becoming larger and larger, and water pollution has become an important factor restricting the sustainable development of society and economy. At present, wastewater with simple composition and easy biodegradation has been well treated, but there is still no effective treatment method for wastewater that is difficult to biodegrade. The pollutants that are difficult to biodegrade mainly come from organic compounds discharged from industrial sectors such as pesticides, dyes, coking and coal-to-gas, pharmaceuticals, chemical fibers, textile printing and dyeing, such as: organic chlorides, polychlorinated biphenyls, some dyes, polymers,...
