Label-based intelligent positioning method and device, positioner and ray machine

The invention relates to the technical field of dental image shooting, and discloses a label-based intelligent positioning method and device, a positioner and a ray machine, and the method comprises the steps: collecting response signals of a plurality of induction labels of an imaging sensor aiming at a signal transmitted by a label positioner arranged on the ray machine, and receiving signal intensity and carrier phase information; the method comprises the following steps: estimating an estimated distance for any induction tag by fusing a linear relationship between an attenuation model of received signal strength and a carrier phase, and eliminating a single tag error by utilizing multi-point sampling in combination with the estimated distance and position information of all the induction tags and a position offset generated by a positioning imaging sensor relative to a ray machine, so as to realize submillimeter-level accurate positioning. The alignment accuracy and efficiency of the two are improved, so that the position is accurate when the dental X image is shot, and the imaging sensor is ensured to completely fall into the range of the projection area; the device is flexible in installation, low in cost, small in angle dependence, and suitable for low-power-consumption scenes where the size of the sensor in the oral cavity is limited and no independent power supply exists.

Tooth identification

PCT designated stageWO2026131395A1Image analysisSensorsSingle imageOrthodontics
Proposed concepts aim to provide schemes, solutions, concepts, designs, methods, and systems pertaining to tooth identification in dental imaging. In particular, embodiments aim to provide accurate and robust methods for classifying or identifying teeth in images from oral scans. Such classification of teeth is proposed to use sequences of images rather than single images, providing more context for prediction. Embodiments may therefore enable reliable tooth identification and classification without requiring a highly accurate universal tooth classification model.

Method and apparatus for designing lateral approach surgical guide plate

A method and apparatus for designing a lateral approach surgical guide are disclosed. Embodiments provide a method and apparatus for designing a lateral approach surgical guide plate in which, if a maxillary sinus lifting surgery needs to be performed using a lateral approach method, the maxillary sinus is segmented from dental imaging data, a bone window is formed based on the segmented maxillary sinus, and the maxillary sinus lifting surgery is performed based on the bone window. The shape of the lateral approach surgical guide is then formed as a function of the thickness of the remaining bone in the bone window formation area and the stop of the cutting tool. Therefore, the guide plate for the lateral approach method can be quickly and accurately generated.

X-ray tube with reduced imaging exposure time

PendingUS20260053452A1TomosynthesisX-ray apparatusThermionic emissionElectron flow
X-ray tubes that have a reduced exposure time for dental X-ray imaging and 3D dental imaging systems using these X-ray tubes are described. The X-ray tubes contain an anode, a filament, a cathode electrically connected to the filament, and a voltage source electrically connected to the cathode. The voltage source provides a high voltage to the anode relative to the cathode and filament control voltage. A low filament control voltage is used to generate electrons using a process of thermionic emission. These electrons are driven by a large electric field generated between the cathode and anode towards the target on the anode. A bias voltage is applied between the cathode and the filament to control the electron flow from the emitting filament to the anode. Such a configuration yields a switching speed ranging from about 1 ms to about 10 ms, allowing a short X-ray exposure time and a quicker overall imaging process for the 3D dental X-ray imaging systems. Other embodiments are described.

Multi-view dental imaging sensor holder

PendingUS20260198880A1Biomedical engineeringDental imaging
A dental imaging sensor holder is disclosed that securely supports a dental imaging sensor while enabling multiple mounting configurations. In one embodiment, the holder includes opposing arms or grasping portions that receive and retain the sensor, the arms being adjustable to accommodate different sensor sizes. Connector channels or pivoting extensions formed on the holder allow attachment of a holder arm in different orientations, eliminating the need for multiple dedicated holders. The holder arm supports a bite block and an aiming ring coupler so that an aiming ring can be aligned with the sensor regardless of configuration. In certain embodiments, the holder further includes detent mechanisms, gear-and-tooth engagements, or rotatable bosses that permit indexed positioning of the sensor relative to the holder arm. The system provides a versatile and reconfigurable structure for accurately aligning a dental imaging sensor with an imaging emitter while reducing the number of separate holders required.
