The invention discloses a family television multi-screen display system. The family television multi-screen display system comprises a branching unit, at least N tuners, at least N demodulators, a main chip, a wireless fidelity (wifi) module and a display screen, wherein the branching unit is connected with each tuner and used for branching received external radio and television signals to N-path radio-frequency signals; each tuner is correspondingly connected with a demodulator, and the tuners are used for tuning the radio-frequency signals to intermediate frequency signals; each demodulator is used for demodulating the intermediate frequency signals to transmission data streams; the main chip is used for decoding each transmission data stream to audio/video signals, one path of audio/video signals is output to a display screen, and other paths of audio/video signals are compressed to program data packets respectively; the wifi module is used for performing both-way communication with an external mobile terminal, and the program data packets are sent to the mobile terminal. By means of the technical scheme, a family television and a mobile device can simultaneously play different television programs, internet support is not required, and played programs are free from mutual interference.
